Accommodation
Rooms can be booked at the Seminaris Campus Hotel Berlin - separately from the delegate package - or if desired at any other place.
A total of 25 rooms have been pre-booked for this event at the Seminaris Campus Hotel Berlin of the following kind:

The hotel rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.
Accommodation cancellation policy
In addition to our terms and conditions cancellations or amendments of the reserved hotel room will be charged as follows: Until 40 days prior to arrival: no charges
39 - 30 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the confirmed services / rates / arrangements
29 - 14 days prior to arrival: 45 % of the confirmed services / rates / arrangements
13 - 01 days prior to arrival: 60 % of the confirmed services / rates / arrangements
No show: 90 % of the confirmed services / rates / arrangements
